By using the Pépito Screen Ads Portal service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Pépito Screen Ads Portal allows users to submit X (formerly Twitter) posts for display on our advertising screen in exchange for $PEPITO tokens. The service operates on a cost-based priority system where higher costs result in higher display priority.

Important: This website does not receive any tokens. All $PEPITO tokens are sent to unrecoverable burn addresses, permanently removing them from circulation.

3. No Service Guarantees

We do not guarantee the proper functioning of our service. The service may experience:

• Technical bugs or malfunctions
• Display screen failures or downtime
• Server outages or connectivity issues
• Pépito may not pass through the cat flap, preventing any tweets from being posted
• Any other technical problems that may prevent your advertisement from being displayed

We are not liable for any failure to display your advertisement due to technical issues, system failures, Pépito's whereabouts, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Display Duration

While advertisements are intended to be displayed for 24 hours, we reserve the right to shorten the display duration without justification or prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:

• Technical maintenance or updates
• Content moderation decisions
• System malfunctions or emergencies
• Any other operational reasons

No compensation will be provided for shortened display periods.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. When you submit a post for display:

• $PEPITO tokens are immediately sent to unrecoverable burn addresses and permanently destroyed
• This website does not receive or benefit from any token payments
• Tokens are permanently removed from circulation
• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances
• This applies even if your advertisement is not displayed due to technical issues, content moderation, shortened display duration, or any other reason including Pépito's absence
• You acknowledge that token payments are irreversible and go to burn addresses

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or remove any content without justification or prior notification. Your advertisements may be removed or have their display duration shortened if they violate our content policy, even after payment has been processed.

7. Content Policy

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• NSFW/Adult Content: Sexually explicit material, nudity, or adult-oriented content
• Violent Content: Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting violence
• Shocking Content: Content designed to shock, disturb, or cause distress
• Political Content: Political advertisements, campaign materials, or partisan political content
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or other protected characteristics
• Illegal Content: Content promoting illegal activities or services
• Harmful Content: Content that could be harmful to minors or inappropriate for general audiences

8. Acceptable Content

The following types of content are generally acceptable:

• Cryptocurrency and blockchain-related promotions
• Business and product advertisements
• Educational or informational content
• Entertainment content appropriate for all ages
• Community announcements

General guideline: Content should be appropriate for viewing by children or cat and suitable for a general audience.

9. Anti-Fraud Measures

Any attempt to deceive, manipulate, or exploit our system will result in immediate removal of all your advertisements. This includes but is not limited to:

• Submitting fake or manipulated URLs
• Attempting to bypass cost or content restrictions
• Any other fraudulent activity

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms.

11. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Submit only content you have the right to use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of others
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service

12. Limitation of Liability
